Agreement to Terms

You are solely responsible for your team selection decisions
Results are determined by real-life player performances
All contest rules and scoring systems are final
We reserve the right to modify contest formats and rules
Prizes are awarded according to published contest structures
You must comply with all contest-specific rules

Payments and Transactions

Deposits

You are responsible for all transaction fees charged by payment providers

All intellectual property is owned by or licensed to Shree Radhe and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Responsible Gaming

Jurisdiction: The courts of Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

For violation of these terms and conditions
For fraudulent or suspicious activity
For failure to verify identity
At our sole discretion, with or without cause
If required by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may forfeit any winnings if your account is terminated for violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

By continuing to use our service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.

Severability
